White Sweet Potato Slips

These are similar to O’Henry. They are uniquely creamy,  smooth, and yummy. Just add butter with some herbs and you have a meal. Has a unique flavor for a sweet potato. An interesting taste that starts to gravitate towards a potato but it is a sweet potato with a lower glycemic index and different nutrients.
